A Tiangui cured chicken.

Rinse the whole bacon and cut into small pieces.

Soak the cured chicken pieces in water and change the water every half hour. The chicken neck and belly meat should be soaked in water for 8 hours. Just soak the chicken thighs for 4-5 hours
