Stir-fried meat crab with ginger and scallion

During National Day, my sister came back and brought us some shrimps, dried fish, bananas, and 4 meat crabs. It's really great. Because we don't raise enough chickens, we don't even have to take them back. We'll bring them back for the Chinese New Year. I rarely cook seafood, but my sister made this one. It’s really delicious. My sister learned a lot of seafood recipes in Zhuhai. She cooked a lot of seafood for us last time we went there. Brush the crab clean with a clean toothbrush and remove the internal organs.
