Overview
It seems like I made a white version a long time ago. Now we are turning to efforts to develop bean dregs pasta. It is said that bean okara is rich in dietary fiber and can effectively lower serum cholesterol. It also seems to be able to lower the glycemic index of pasta. Since the leftover bean dregs from the tofu machine mixed in the pasta are not rough and irritating to swallow, then boldly and secretly add it to the flour. Lotus leaf sandwich is made by steaming the dough into the shape of facing lotus leaves, so that the upper and lower leaves can be opened and sandwiched into various dishes you like.
