Papa Yang’s bean dregs
Overview
Legend has it that during the Three Kingdoms period, Generals Guan and Zhang passed by Jiangbanai, and the people brought a lot of bean dregs to reward Generals Guan and Zhang. Papa Yang's bean dregs are specially added with bitter clam, which makes it sweet and delicious. It has the effects of clearing away heat, reducing dryness, detoxifying, ventilating, and prolonging life.

Chop the bitter clams with a knife to make the fragrance overflow. (Bitter clam is a specialty of Sichuan, Chongqing and Guizhou. If it is not available in other places, you can use small onions instead)

Heat the pot, add rice and Sichuan peppercorns and stir-fry

Fry until the rice is golden brown and slightly charred
