Spicy fried wings

Overview

The chicken wings in KFC are expensive, and I don’t know whether they are safe or not. It’s best to do it yourself. Simple and affordable.

  1. Defrost chicken wings from refrigerator.

  2. After it is fully defrosted, make two diagonal cuts on the back to make it easier to absorb the flavor.

  3. Add 2 tablespoons of cooking wine, a few slices of ginger, and 3 tablespoons of salt, stir, and marinate for 15-30 minutes.

  4. Prepare eggs, fried chicken powder and flour. (Four depends on personal preference. I like to add some, it is more delicious)

  5. Beat the eggs.

  6. Sift the flour with a sieve to make it finer.

  7. Add flour and fried chicken powder in a ratio of 1:1 and stir evenly. (If you like it spicier, you can add more fried chicken powder)

  8. First, fully coat the center of the wings with egg wash.

  9. Then take it and coat it in the mixed flour.

  10. Preheat cooking oil in the pot.

  11. Place one at a time into the wings. (Don’t use too much fire, otherwise the inside will not be cooked and the outside will be burnt)

  12. Don’t waste the extra flour and egg liquid, it can be made into pancakes.

  13. Then take it out of the pan and everything is done.
