Butter rolls
Overview
This butter roll is a new bread recipe I learned. This bread is easy to learn and not very difficult to make, but it tastes great. You can have it for breakfast or as a snack. Because the butter content of this bread is slightly higher, it tastes better when it is warm. You can just reheat it in the oven before eating.

Leave the butter and put all the ingredients into the bread pan in order of liquid first and then solid.

After kneading the dough for 20 minutes, add softened butter and start the dough rising process.

It will be ready in 90 minutes.

Take out the dough, knead it well and let it rest for 10 minutes.

I divided it into 8 noodles, you can have more, depending on your personal preference.

First roll each dough into a circle with a diameter of more than 10cm.

The two sides of the circular dough face each other to form an isosceles triangle.

Then roll it out thinly.

Roll down from the wide side and roll up.

Once everything is done, put it on the baking sheet for secondary fermentation.

Ferment until doubled in size and coat with egg wash.

Preheat the oven, place the baking pan on the middle layer, heat up and down, 170 degrees, for 20 minutes, pay attention to the color in the middle and cover with tin foil.
