Prepare the red beans one night in advance, wash and soak them for more than four hours.

Sort out stray beans and impurities.

Prepare the pressure cooker, pour in the red beans, and add an appropriate amount of water so that the water surface is about 1-1.5cm higher than the beans.

After the fire is on the steam, turn to low heat and pressure for 30 minutes.

After exhausting, open the lid of the pressure cooker. Red beans do not need to be broken into puree in advance. After the non-stick pan is heated, add the red bean paste and stir-fry evenly. Use a spatula to press the red beans appropriately.

When the water vapor in the red bean paste is almost gone, add a few tablespoons of white sugar and stir evenly before serving.

If you don't like red bean paste that has both beans and sand, you can put the beans in a blender and puree them.
