Steam the pumpkin. (This is a small baby pumpkin)

Add 500 grams of flour to pumpkin puree, 5 grams of white sugar, and 5 grams of yeast, and knead into a smooth dough.

Let the dough double in size and knead the dough again.

Take 1/3 of the dough, roll it into a long strip and flatten it, then put brown sugar directly in the middle.
