Scones
Overview
On the last day of my annual vacation, I thought about trying the dough food I'm not good at, which is an ordinary-looking scone. One bite was full of surprises! It will become even softer after being boiled for a while before eating. The vacation in 2014 passed by eating and drinking with daily necessities. I love this kind of days and maintain this kind of rhythm.

Steps

Mix all the ingredients and knead well, then leave to ferment in a warm place. I placed it on the balcony where the sun was shining very warmly. After 2 hours, it almost filled the entire basin. There were many small holes inside, as shown in the picture.
-
Divide the dough into 15 pieces and continue to knead them separately.
-
Roll out into a 1cm thick dough and continue to ferment for about half an hour.
-
Bake it twice, this is the first time, 180 degrees, upper and lower fire, 20 minutes.

This is what it looks like after baking for 15 minutes the second time

Very soft

I personally like to bake it a little lighter, just 15 minutes.
