Overview
Papaya is the most seasonal fruit in September and October. Combined with Tremella fungus, it can moisten the lungs and remove autumn dryness. It is a sweet soup suitable for autumn.

Soak the white fungus in advance to remove impurities, then put it into a rice cooker and add red dates and an appropriate amount of mineral water. (You can add more water as it takes 1 hour to simmer)

Cut the papaya, remove the seeds, peel and cut into pieces. Set aside.

Boil the white fungus and red dates for 40 minutes first, then add the papaya and cook for another 20 minutes.

Turn off the power after 20 minutes, and when the temperature drops to warm, add honey according to your taste.
