Corn puree
Overview
Some of the remaining corn will be stewed in soup, and some will be used to make corn syrup. It didn't look like much, but when I weighed it, I found that the corn kernels that were broken off were only half a catty. It seemed a bit too much, and it seemed a bit too little after splitting it in half, so I simply folded it all into the soymilk machine. Wouldn't it be more concentrated if it was more? Adding some millet to increase the starch content can make the soup thicker. And, golden to golden, zeaxanthin, carotene. . . . Good for eyes
