Select 2 ripe mangoes

Cut into small dices and set aside.

Chop the chicken into pieces, add a little diced pork belly, and cut green and red pepper into pieces

Add oil to the wok, add onion, ginger, garlic, and stir-fry the chicken. When the color changes, add some cooking wine to remove the fishy smell. Season with salt, sugar, a little light soy sauce, and black pepper. Add a little fresh soup and cook for a while.

When the chicken is mature, add diced mango, stir-fry a few times, and thicken with water starch.
