Preparation: Slice the meat, mince the green onions and mince the garlic.

Peel and wash the yam and cut into slices

Add oil to the pot. When the oil is hot, add half of the onions and garlic and saute until fragrant. Add the meat and stir-fry until it changes color.

Add yam, continue to stir-fry for 4 minutes, add soy sauce to enhance the flavor, stir-fry for a few times, add appropriate amount of salt and chicken essence, add a small amount of oyster sauce, stir-fry for 2 minutes
