Wash fresh asparagus, remove the roots, and cut diagonally into thumb-long pieces.

Heat a pot of water. When the water boils, add asparagus and a few drops of oil. Blanch the water and set aside.

Wash the abalone after shelling, remove the teeth and internal organs, and slice it into pieces for later use.

Shred the ginger, crush the garlic and cut into small pieces, and cut the millet and pepper into rings.

Heat the oil in a pan, sauté the shredded ginger, garlic, and millet pepper until fragrant, then add the bamboo shoots and abalone to the pan and stir-fry.

Add salt, white pepper and a little water, stir-fry for about 3 minutes and serve.
