When you see the dough is smooth, take it out and cover it with plastic wrap to rest for 20 minutes

Roll the dough into thin sheets and sprinkle more cornstarch when rolling to prevent sticking
-
Cut the noodles into shreds. This is my first time making saqima, so I haven’t mastered the cutting width. This needs to be cut thinner.

-
Put 300 grams of white sugar in the pot, add 2 tablespoons of honey, and boil about 110 grams of water until the temperature is about 110 degrees and the sugar can be drawn
-
Mix the boiled sugar and fried noodles evenly, then place them in a mold that has been wiped with oil and press them tightly. After cooling, you can take them out of the mold.
