Add the chocolate puree and sugar in a small bowl over water and heat to melt into chocolate sauce.

Place the silicone mold into the baking pan

Brush the silicone mold with chocolate sauce and refrigerate for half an hour.

Add the cooked lotus seeds and milk into a food processor and puree.

Put the lotus paste into a pan and stir-fry over low heat.
