Vegan Spring Rolls
Overview
I used the spring roll wrappers made by the Bear Pancake Machine to wrap some homemade vegetarian spring rolls. It was very convenient. The fried spring rolls were crispy and fragrant!

Prepare the ingredients.

Soak black fungus in water.

Boil the fermented black fungus and take it out.

Peel and shred the carrots, and boil them in water (it doesn’t take long, just a few seconds until they become soft)

Cut all ingredients into shreds and add together.

First add oil and mix well, then add a little salt and mix well and set aside.

Add 380 grams of water to the flour and a little salt and mix well.
