Fill the milk pot with water.

The cornmeal was ready, and I made it for one person.

Add a little water to mix it up, so there won't be any lumps.

After the water boils, add the prepared cornmeal.

Be sure to stir constantly to prevent it from forming dead lumps.

Mix medium and small in one direction until evenly mixed.

Skim off the foam, simmer until thickened and turn off the heat.

Pour into bowl.
