Wash the fish, cut the back into 3 knives (easier to cook), put a few slices of ginger on it

Wash the green onions, cut into sections and set aside

Wash the ginger, slice it, chop it and set aside

Put the fish into a pot of boiling water and steam for 10 minutes

Steamed fish, discard excess water, set aside

Pour in oil (more oil), then sauté the minced ginger and white scallions
-
Pour in the green scallions and stir-fry for 20 seconds

Pour in the Vstar light soy sauce and bring to a boil

Pour the cooked ginger, scallion and soy sauce on the fish and serve
