Cut the sausage in half.

Cut it in half again, but leave about a centimeter on the head without cutting it off.

Heat the pan, pour in some oil and add the sausage.

Turn to low heat and crack an egg in the middle, as small an egg as possible. Close the lid until the eggs are cooked through.
