Oil residue mixed with lotus white
Overview
There are confirmed cases of COVID-19 in my small town, and some communities and villages have been sealed off. I went and bought some cabbage and two pounds of meat. I felt there was too much fat, so I cut off the fat and boiled it in lard to make grease residue.

Add salt, pepper and star anise to the fat meat to boil out lard and refine it into oil residue.

Boil the whole fat until golden brown.

Take it out.

Take lotus white.

Shred.

Mince the garlic.

Wash and cut coriander into sections.

Put all ingredients together.

Add salt and chicken essence.

Mix well.

Take some oil residue and put it in, pour in vinegar and mix well.
