Soybean sprouts and bean dregs paste
Overview
I often use a soymilk machine to make fragrant soy milk for breakfast at home, and I always hate to throw away the filtered bean dregs. Today, I used the bean dregs from the five-grain soy milk to make a bean paste and paired it with the soybean sprouts. Because a little chili is added, it has a slight spiciness. It can be used as a vegetable or a rice. A big bowl can fill the stomach, is healthy and nutritious, and can cleanse the intestines.

Prepare grain soy milk residue, spinach, and soybean sprouts.

Put appropriate amount of oil in the pot, add onion, ginger and red pepper and stir-fry until fragrant.

Add soybean sprouts and stir-fry.

When the soybean sprouts are stir-fried until soft, add the soy milk residue.

Add appropriate amount of water and salt and bring to a boil over high heat.

Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer for a while, then add chopped spinach.
