Xylitol Sheep Baby Transfer Cake
Overview
I have a very good sister who is pregnant and has gestational diabetes and cannot eat sugar, so I made this xylitol cake. Because the baby was not born yet and is a sheep, I made this chocolate transfer cake. It was the first time I made transfers and I really didn’t know how to do it. The first one broke into pieces when it was ready. I made another one. It was very difficult and troublesome for a novice like me, but I was still very excited when the finished product came out. It was so cute!

Ingredients
Steps
-
Pre-made chocolate transfer baby sheep
-
Whip light cream with powdered sugar
-
The cake is divided into three layers, and whipped cream is spread in the middle
-
Put dragon fruit on it, there’s so much ingredients
-
Put more butter on top
-
It looks like it's smooth, but I still didn't do it well, it's a bruise
-
Dip a toothpick in a little yellow pigment and use a piping tip to decorate the edge
-
Put the baby sheep on it and decorate it with green grass
-
Just write with a chocolate pen. Although it is laborious and troublesome, it is still worth it!
