Fried octopus with soybean paste

Lee Kum Kee soybean sauce has a strong flavor and is a simple stir-fried octopus for a home-cooked meal.

Clean the octopus and cut into strips.

Slice ginger and garlic, and cut green onion into sections.

Add water to the pot and cook until it bubbles (that is, it is not boiling yet). Add the ginger, octopus, and rice wine and blanch them for 2 minutes.

Remove and drain.

Heat oil in a pan, add onion, ginger and garlic and stir-fry for a while (leave onion leaves last).

Add the octopus and stir-fry for a while.

Add 1 tablespoon soybean paste.

Sauté for about 1 minute.

Add green onion leaves and stir-fry evenly.

Mix a little cornstarch water to make a thin gravy.

Stir fry over high heat and then turn off the heat.
