Wakame contains vitamin A, vitamin B1, vitamin B2, vitamin C, folic acid, magnesium, sodium and various amino acids, alginic acid, dietary fiber, etc. Eat a simple and nutritious meal after get off work at noon, and still go to work in the afternoon!

  1. Prepare the ingredients. Sorry, I forgot to post a picture of the shrimp. Remove the shell from the top of the shrimp's head, remove the shrimp thread, and remove the internal organs! There is a small packet of seasoning in this shrimp noodles. If you feel the flavor is not enough after adding it, you can add some salt! The cabbage leaves need to be torn by hand!

  2. Soak the wakame! Soak it in water for 5 minutes and it’s done! Forgot to take pictures!

  3. Use a small pot and add water. Don’t add a lot of water like you usually do when cooking noodles! Because water and noodles are eaten together! When the water boils, add the wakame seaweed, cook for about a minute, then add the shredded cabbage, then the shrimp, and finally! Cook together, turn off the heat when the noodles are cooked, just add a little salt! There is no need to add anything to the umami flavor of wakame and shrimp. This is my way of doing it. If you like spicy food, you can add your favorite condiments! Onion, ginger, garlic, soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, whatever you like! I still like the original flavor of this noodle
