Wash the red pepper.

Remove stems, cut into shreds and set aside.

Wash the black bean sprouts, drain and set aside.

Heat a pan, add an appropriate amount of oil, add red pepper and black bean sprouts, add appropriate amount of salt to taste, stir-fry over medium heat for one minute, until the black bean sprouts become soft.

Remove from pan and plate.
