  1. Slice pork belly.

  2. Cut king oyster mushrooms into hob pieces.

  3. Cut green pepper into small pieces.

  4. Cut ginger, garlic, and dried chili peppers and set aside.

  5. Sauté the king oyster mushrooms in water for two minutes and remove.

  6. Heat some oil in the pot, add pork belly and stir-fry until the oil is released.

  7. Add ginger, garlic and dried chili and stir-fry until fragrant.

  8. Add cooking wine, light soy sauce, and oyster sauce and stir-fry evenly.

  9. Add the king oyster mushrooms and stir-fry for two to three minutes to dry out the water.

  10. Add green pepper cubes and stir-fry until raw, add chicken essence to taste (light soy sauce and oyster sauce are already salty enough, don't add salt).

  11. Finished product.
