Wash the radish, cut it in half, cut into pieces, and soak in salt for 20 minutes. Use a soymilk or food processor to crush the chopped purple cabbage and filter it. Only the juice is left. Drain the pickled radish and put it into the purple cabbage juice and soak it overnight.

Marinate and add vinegar, because purple cabbage contains anthocyanins and turns red when exposed to acid. It's pretty.

The longer it takes, the more red it will become. Marinate and drain, sprinkle with sugar, mix well and let it submerge for a while, then you can put it on the plate. Sweet and sour is my favorite, you have the final say whether it tastes good or not.
