Candied yam beans
Overview
Originally, I wanted to make frosted yam beans, but the sugar was not fried properly. By some mistake, the frost did not come out, but the sugar hung on it. However, the taste was also unusually delicious.

Prepare yam beans and wash them

Boil the water and cook for three minutes until the beans are soft but not hard

Take it out, let it cool, and drain out the water

Then prepare half a bowl of water, half a bowl of white sugar, and a spoonful of white vinegar

Put water and sugar into the pot

Bring to a simmer over low heat. When bubbles form, pour in white vinegar

When the sugar juice becomes thick, turn off the heat

Pour in yam beans and stir-fry

Prepare a tray and brush it with oil

Spread the mixed yam beans on the tray and sprinkle some white sesame seeds

Let cool, then use a spoon to gently pull it apart
