Cold Eggplant
Overview
I like to eat eggplant, and I often eat it at home recently. Fried, stir-fried, and steamed dishes are all delicious, but eating fried dishes often feels greasy and unhealthy. Besides, it is summer, so eating more steamed dishes is good for your health.
