Cut butter into small pieces and soften at room temperature.

Add sugar in portions and beat with an electric mixer until pale and thickened.

Add the egg liquid to the butter in 6 to 8 batches and beat well.

Add 1/2 of the yogurt and sifted flour and mix until no powder forms.

Add the remaining yogurt and cake flour and mix well.

Pour into a paper cup about seven-quarters full, preheat the oven to 170 degrees, bake on the middle and lower racks for 40-50 minutes.
