Soak all the ingredients and white clams in salt water for 1 hour.

Crush the ginger and cut the loofah into cubes.

Heat oil in a pan and sauté ginger until fragrant.

Add the white clams and stir-fry evenly.

Place the loofah upside down and continue to stir-fry.

Pour in boiling water, cover and cook for 5 minutes.

Cook until the soup turns milky white and is done.
