1. 1 Soak the bird's nest in water and clean it.

   

2. 2 Put it into a stew pot, add purified water without bird's nest, cover the steamer with a lid and steam for an hour. About 50 minutes in the middle, add an appropriate amount of rock sugar and continue steaming.

   

3. 3 Pour the milk and pitted red dates into a stew pot and soak for 20 minutes. Cover and heat in a pot over water for 5 minutes, or heat in a microwave.

   

4. 4 Pour the heated bird's nest and milk together.
