Spicy fried vermicelli with king spores mushroom
Overview
I feel like I can't get along with king spores these days because it always rains and I don't have any other dishes at home. It's the only thing left in the refrigerator! I used it to make my dishes and just gave it some spicy shreds. Unexpectedly, my family said it tasted good!

Wash and cut the king spores into strips and set aside

Boil the vermicelli in hot water until soft, drain and set aside

Cut the pepper into small pieces and set aside

Heat oil in the pot, add chili pepper and stir-fry for a while, then add Pleurotus eryngii strips, add a small amount of salt for a very fresh taste, stir-fry until the mushrooms are soft
