Overview
Watermelon rind is cool in nature and sweet in taste. It clears heat, relieves heat, quenches thirst, and facilitates urination. Use a knife to peel off the white part of the outer green skin and cut it into strips

Tear the soaked white fungus into pieces

Blanch the watermelon rind in a pot of boiling water and then cool it down

Similarly, white fungus is boiled in water and then cooled
