Salted seaweed biscuits
Overview
I made it according to Junzhi's recipe. My seaweed was salty, so I reduced the salt and left the other ratios unchanged. Stir-frying is simple and the finished product is crispy, salty and not greasy. Note that after the finished product is packed into boxes, the bags are all broken 😂

Chopped seaweed

Beat the eggs.

Let the butter sit at room temperature until it softens and you can poke holes with your hands. Add the egg liquid in 3⃣️ increments.

200g sifted flour

Add baking powder

Add flour, seaweed and black sesame seeds to the beaten butter. Roll into a roll or put into a cookie cutter, refrigerate for 30-40 minutes, and cut into slices, not too thin.

Bake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
