Salted seaweed biscuits

Salted seaweed biscuits

Overview

I made it according to Junzhi's recipe. My seaweed was salty, so I reduced the salt and left the other ratios unchanged. Stir-frying is simple and the finished product is crispy, salty and not greasy. Note that after the finished product is packed into boxes, the bags are all broken 😂
