  1. Add flour to water and yeast and mix into a dough, ferment until doubled in size, take out and let the dough rise for another 15 minutes.

  3. Add five-spice powder, chili powder, oil and salt and stir evenly

  8. Boil the pot over high heat for 20 minutes, turn off the heat, stop for 3 minutes, and then open the lid
