Add flour to water and yeast and mix into a dough, ferment until doubled in size, take out and let the dough rise for another 15 minutes.

Roll it into dough and sprinkle with chopped chives

Add five-spice powder, chili powder, oil and salt and stir evenly

Fold it from top to bottom, then sprinkle with chopped green onion

Fold into four folds from top to middle

Cut into small pieces and look at them, in groups of two

Pull it from the middle and twist it 90 degrees, then put it into the pot

Boil the pot over high heat for 20 minutes, turn off the heat, stop for 3 minutes, and then open the lid

Hanamaki is out of the pot
