Rinse the ribs after running them through water.

Add a little oil, water, and white sugar to the frying pan and stir-fry until the sugar turns brown.

Add the pork ribs and stir-fry for a while until the ginger, garlic, peppercorns and star anise are fragrant.

Add appropriate amount of water and bring to boil.

Pour the boiled soup into the casserole, add an appropriate amount of salt, Nande, and light soy sauce and stir-fry evenly.

After the eggs are cooked, peel off the shells.

Simmer the ribs over low heat for 20 minutes, then add the eggs and simmer for about an hour.
