Peel off the skin of lettuce and wash.

Cut into hob cubes and slice the carrots (not shown in the photo).

Put water in a pot, add a little salt and bring to a boil. Add lettuce and carrots and blanch them for 2 minutes. Remove and drain into cold water.

Fry cashew nuts.

Add oil to the pot, add lettuce and carrots and stir-fry for 2 minutes. Add salt and oyster sauce to taste.

Add cashews and stir well.

Tender lettuce mixed with the crunch of cashew nuts.
