Taro Cream Tart
Overview
I bought some egg tart shells online. I just arrived yesterday morning. When I came back in the afternoon, I quickly used them to make Hong Kong-style egg tarts and taro egg tarts. They were delicious! Half of them were wiped out shortly after they were released. According to the recipe below, you can make 17 egg tarts~

Pour the milk into the bowl

Pour in the sugar, cook over medium heat until melted, then turn off the heat

Pour in the milk powder and stir until there are no particles

Pour in the light cream and mix well

Add egg yolk and mix well

Add a little flour and stir until lumpy

Cut the taro into small pieces

Prepare the egg tart crust

Pour 80% of the egg tart liquid into the pan and add the taro flakes

Then put it into the preheated oven at 200 degrees for 20 minutes (remember to cover it with tin foil while the egg tart is coloring to avoid burning)
