Mulberry Banana Ice Cream
Overview
The ice cream you make by yourself does not use so-called ice cream powder or any additives. It only uses natural fruits, whipping cream and sugar. It doesn’t matter if you don’t have an ice cream machine. You can still enjoy mellow, sweet and smooth ice cream. If you want to eat it, just open the refrigerator and it will be there~~

-
Place the ice cream tub of your bread machine in the freezer a day in advance. Wash the mulberries and drain the water. Peel the banana, add two spoons of milk, put it into a breaker and beat it into a milkshake
-
Mix the whipping cream, caster sugar and mulberry milkshake
-
Pour it into the ice cream bucket of the bread machine, add a few whole mulberries into it, and start mixing. If you don't have an ice cream machine, you can add light cream to fine sugar, use a chef's machine to beat it until it flows slowly, mix the mulberry banana puree, pour it into a crisper and put it in the refrigerator overnight. There is no ice residue and the taste is very good.

When done, scoop out with an ice cream scoop and serve. Digging the ball is a technical job. If you want to dig it round and beautiful, you can't do it overnight. You have to dig and press it several times with a ball digger to make the ball solid.
