Wash all ingredients, cut and set aside. Wash the crucian carp (forgot to take a photo)

When the water is boiling and the fish's eyes are protruding, it is ready to be cooked. Take out the fish first, otherwise it will be cooked. Continue to add garlic leaves, cook, and remove from the pot.
