Wash the garlic and prepare the pork tenderloin.

Cut the tenderloin into cubes, add a little starch cooking wine, pickle the soy sauce and marinate for ten minutes. Remove the head and tail of the garlic and cut into two centimeter sections.

Add oil to the pan and fry the diced tenderloin until it changes color.
