Sashimi porridge
Overview
The food in the factory cafeteria is so-so, and it’s rare to go home on Sundays to recuperate your stomach. It's a pity that I am the only one guarding the empty room. It is a pity that no one can share the delicious food. A small carp costs 13 yuan per person, a mustard green costs 1.56 cents, and a cooked salted egg costs 3 yuan. This is my meal for the whole day. For breakfast, make porridge with sashimi to clear your stomach. For lunch and dinner, cook the salted egg fish head and mustard soup, then serve it with fish fillet steamed rice, sprinkle with chopped green onion, and drizzle with sauce. Comfortable! Better than eating out for fast food. The amount I had was enough for a family to enjoy for breakfast. I had two big bowls per person.

After washing the rice, add one spoonful of peanut oil, two spoons of salt, and about 20 times the amount of water. It looks oily after adding oil, but the oil disappears after cooking. It’s better to use chubby Northeastern rice to make porridge, but my family only has fragrant rice.

I use the porridge function of the electric pressure cooker, and I choose the thick one.

While making the porridge, cut the main ingredients into bones and fish fillets. Re-activate the porridge cooking function, add granulated or shredded ginger first, then add fish bones, belly and other large items and cook for a while. When almost cooked, add onions and fish fillets, stir for a while, then add salt and start. Adding salt depends on personal taste. I added two more spoons of salt, a total of 4 spoons, which is relatively light.

I personally like to put the thin fish fillets and chopped green onions in a bowl, add the hot fish bone porridge and stir it for a while. The fish fillets will be cooked and relatively tender.
