Homemade mung bean sprouts, purely natural, no additives and no pollution, wash them clean, control the water, put them in a plate and set aside.

Peel the skin off the garlic, slice it and set aside.

Heat a pot, add an appropriate amount of oil, add garlic and stir-fry until fragrant, then add mung bean sprouts and season with a little salt, stir-fry a few times.

Remove from pan and plate.
