Soak the sago in water for 20 minutes

Remove, put into boiling water, cook over medium heat for 10 minutes, stir occasionally to avoid sticking together, then turn off the heat,

Cover and bake until translucent, rinse with cold water, drain and set aside.

Mix 100ml fresh milk and custard powder, then add egg juice and set aside.

Add flower milk, sugar and butter to the remaining 150ml of fresh milk.

Cook over medium-low heat until dissolved

Add the mixture from item 4 and cook until thickened.

Finally add the cooked sago, no need to boil it.

Put half of the cooked ingredients into the pudding mold, and add fillings as you like, such as lotus paste, bean paste, etc.

Preheat oven to 200 degrees.

Pour in the sago pudding ingredients until 90% full, place in a baking dish half filled with water, and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the surface is slightly brown.
