Purslane can be seen everywhere on the roadside in summer.   1. Purslane can be seen everywhere on the roadside. Just pull out a few and it will become a vegetable.

  2. First blanch the purslane in water.

  4. Chop the garlic into minced pieces.

  5. Add one tablespoon of light soy sauce and two tablespoons of vinegar to the purslane and minced garlic.
