Overview

Purslane can be seen everywhere on the roadside. Just pull out a few and it will become a vegetable.

First blanch the purslane in water.

Remove and immerse in cold water.

Chop the garlic into minced pieces.

Add one tablespoon of light soy sauce and two tablespoons of vinegar to the purslane and minced garlic.

Add a small spoonful of salt, two small spoons of sugar, and half a spoonful of sesame oil and mix well.
