  1. Cut cucumber and ham into strips

  2. Beat two eggs and mix well (you can also add some water if you like them tenderer)

  3. Use the electric pancake stall to heat up the egg skin (one egg per slice)

  4. Brush a layer of tomato sauce on the egg skin, add cucumber, ham, sausage and floss and roll it up (must be rolled tightly)
