  1. Prepare a box of donkey-hide gelatin

  2. Crush the donkey-hide gelatin into pieces and crush it in a grinder

  3. Pour the crushed donkey hide gelatin into the pot and set aside.

  4. Put the rock sugar into a grinder and mix.

  5. Prepare a bottle of rice wine.

  6. Pour the crushed donkey-hide gelatin and rock sugar into the pot, add rice wine and stir, it is best to soak overnight.

  7. Heat the donkey-hide gelatin over low heat, stirring constantly to prevent the egg bottom from sticking.

  8. Pour walnut kernels and black sesame seeds into the baking pan and bake them in the oven.

  9. Peel the red dates and cut them into pieces, and prepare some clean wolfberries.

  10. Boil the donkey-hide gelatin until it stops dripping when you lift a shovel.

  11. Add red date cubes and wolfberry, stir well while adding.

  12. Add walnut kernels and black sesame seeds and mix well.
