Exotic style - Cilantro Lime Shrimp
Overview
I have not been used to the taste of coriander since I was a child, and I have met many people who are not interested in coriander like me. But since I accidentally tried this shrimp with coriander, my liking for coriander has greatly increased. Although I don’t have to eat hot pot with coriander, I am not as resistant as before. With the right ingredients, the coriander can soften and the shrimp become more delicious. Whether you like cilantro, or you like shrimp, or even you just salivate when you hear lime, this dish is worth trying!

Ingredients
Steps
-
Ingredients and Seasoning Ingredients: 1 pound of shrimp Marinade: 1/4 tsp fennel powder, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/8 tsp black pepper (I used a coffee spoon, about 5ml, there is a diagram in the steps) Seasoning: 1 tablespoon oil (I used a soup spoon, about 15ml), 3-4 cloves of garlic, a little coriander, a lime
-
The size of the spoon is as shown in the picture
-
Add the marinade to the shrimp, mix well and marinate for 5-10 minutes: 1/4 tsp fennel powder, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/8 tsp black pepper.
-
The time while marinating the shrimp can be used to process other condiments. Chop the garlic into mince, chop the cilantro, and cut the lime into two pieces
-
Add a tablespoon of oil to the pot, about the size of a spoon for drinking soup.
-
When the oil is hot, add the marinated shrimps and spread them flat so that each shrimp is evenly heated. After about 1 minute, turn the shrimps over so that both sides are evenly heated.
-
After about 1 minute, when the shrimps are no longer transparent, add minced garlic and stir-fry
-
After the aroma is released, squeeze in the lime juice and continue to stir-fry
-
After 1-2 minutes, add chopped coriander and stir-fry
-
After frying until the fragrant juice is almost collected, you can take it out of the pot
